Factory verification before contract: a minimal checklist

Start with the legal entity and the site: does the contract address, factory address and shipping point match? Ask for unedited video and equipment ownership documents.

Then verify which operations are performed in-house and which are subcontracted. This is critical to schedule and warranty.

Request two references in your segment and ask identical questions about service, downtime and spare parts. The answers matter more than the presentation.

Finally, agree the inspection plan before signing. A factory check is cheaper than fixing a defect after delivery.
