ROMANOV.GROUP (the “Portal”) processes website users' personal data only to the extent needed to respond to an enquiry, prepare a commercial proposal and perform a contract. This policy applies to all Portal forms and pages.
2. Data we collect
Your name, company, email, phone, message and calculation parameters you voluntarily submit. The IP address and submission time are stored to evidence consent. Technical data is also processed: source page, interface language and visitor cookie identifier.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is used to respond to your enquiry, select equipment, calculate supply, manage the deal and improve the Portal. The basis is your consent and, after contracting, performance of the contract. We do not sell data to third parties.
4. Cookies and analytics
Functional cookies keep the interface working. Analytics events are enabled only after consent in the banner. We use a pseudonymous visitor identifier and aggregated counters, without advertising profiles. You may withdraw consent by clearing cookies in your browser.
5. Retention and security
Enquiries are retained no longer than necessary to process the request and meet obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Access is limited to authorised staff. Hosting and database transfers use channel encryption and access controls.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and withdraw consent. Write to info@romanov.group with the subject “Personal data”. We will respond within the period required by law.
7. International transfers
The Portal may use infrastructure located in other jurisdictions. For such transfers we apply contractual data protection safeguards and share only the minimum necessary data.

We may update this Policy; the current version is always available on this page. Data protection questions: info@romanov.group. The Portal operates remotely and does not publish a physical address.
